Not All Dommes Are Suitable For FLR / TPE

A woman may enjoy Dominance, but that does not mean she's capable of (or interested in) a 24/7 power exchange dynamic.

The more control you have over someone, the more of a workload it 'can' become for the Domme. However it only becomes more of a workload if she has not figured out how to prevent that.

As always I write from the perspective of being a female Domme in control of men.

How Does The Domme Avoid Excessive Workload?

It doesn't 'have' to become a big workload, as a Domme can use many of the rules they implement to remove some of their overall life workload so that they have more time for controlling everything. In this way it can easily equal no more workload than a none TPE relationship.

This does not mean he needs to become a slave doing absolutely everything around the household while she does nothing at all - it means that she needs to be good at timetabling and managing a team (with the two partners being the team).

She needs to note and account for her time involved in controlling and planning everything when she looks at the workload that each partner puts into the relationship.

TPE is only suitable for very organised women who are efficient and with good time management, organising and planning skills. It's a leadership role, where you pull a team together (the two partners) and ensure that all tasks are achieved, without either of them becoming unhappy and burned out.

It is though entirely possible to be in total control while also not suffering totally massive workloads as the Dominant partner.

Even if the workload is not huge, TPE is still not for all Dommes - due to it requiring a high level of leadership skills, organisational skills, efficiency, time tabling/planning skills and more.

Can She 'Become' Suitable For The Role?

I feel that for Dommes who do want this level of control, but are struggling with the every day practicality of it, could potentially benefit from leadership and management courses where they are taught how to manage a team effectively and taught time management skills.

Have I personally ever had training in these areas or worked in a management role?

No, these skills just seem to be something natural within me. I find it very easy to control, organise and manage things and people.
